Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and promoters prohibit this venue from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. E-reserve being a print at home, Internet-based ticketing company does allow the consumer to reprint tickets for THE CONSUMER'S USE ONLY. The unique two-dimensional bar code printed on all tickets will allow access to ONLY ONE ticket, the first ticket, to enter the event. We deliver your tickets via eDelivery, meaning that you are presented with a PDF of the tickets at the end of the purchase process, in addition you will receive a link within your recept that is sent to that also gives you the opportunity print the tickets. If you pesent your ticket on a smart phone or Iphone at the door that is another option.

This venue may use your contact information to contact with about any aspect of your financial transaction. Your contact information is provided to the venues and promoters of concerts and events for which you purchase tickets. The purpose of releasing your name and e-mail address to a promoter or venue is for special offers on upcoming concerts or to be able to provide you with a unique way of finding out information about upcoming events. How This Venue Uses Financial Information

Ticket Text of Legal Information
This ticket is a revocable license. All sales final.  Holder is subject to inspection upon entrance to venue or money refunded. Any violation of law while attending this event may result in holder being removed from the premises without refund of any portion of the ticket price or charges. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury arising during its use whether prior to, during, or after the event and agrees that this venue, its management and affiliates of the event are not liable under any theory whatsoever. This ticket is non-transferable. Any transfer, attempted transfer, resale, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy is grounds for seizure from and/or cancellation without refund. Tickets obtained from an unauthorized source may be stolen, copied illegally, counterfeit or lost and if so, may be seized and cancelled without compensation. There are no refunds or exchanges. Event dates, times and locations are subject to change. Holder may not solicit contributions or distribute literature on the premises. Every person regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. Holder may not bring alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, containers, irritants (e.g. noise makers), videotape cameras, cups or strobe lights onto the premises. This venue reserves the right to change this information without notification.
